You will receive a secondary automated notification containing your tracking link the moment your package hands over to our delivery carriers.

Shipping Estimates:
We ship nationwide to ensure your tech treasures reach you wherever you are.
- Standard Shipping: Delivers within 7 to 14 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivers within 5 to 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary slightly based on your specific location and carrier volumes.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not entirely satisfied.

Return Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the exact same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).
- The item must be in its original factory packaging, including all wrapped cables, manuals, inserts, and accessories.
- You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
1. Contact our support team directly at support@techtreasuries.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. If your return is accepted, we will send you a trackable return shipping label, along with detailed drop-off instructions.
3. Items sent back to us without first requesting a formal return will not be accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
