These Terms of Service govern your use of the Tech Treasuries website and your purchase of products through the store. The words “Tech Treasuries,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to the business operating this store. The words “you” and “your” refer to the person using the website or placing an order.
By visiting the website, creating an account, placing an order or using any service made available through the store, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the store when you do not agree with them.
The store is powered by Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform but purchases are made from Tech Treasuries unless the checkout clearly states otherwise.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your location. When you use the store on behalf of a company or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.
You may not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, resale prohibited by a product listing or any purpose that violates these Terms.
Accounts
Some features may allow or require a customer account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping login details confidential. You are responsible for activity completed through your account unless unauthorised activity is reported promptly.
We may suspend or close an account when we reasonably believe it is being used for fraud, abuse, security testing without permission or another violation of these Terms.
Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product titles, descriptions, images, specifications and pricing. Mistakes can occur. Manufacturers can also update packaging, accessories or minor design details without changing the main product name.
Colours can appear differently because of screen settings. Product images may show an earlier packaging design or a regional version. Customers should read the full listing and ask questions before purchase when a detail is essential.
Specifications, availability and prices may change without notice. We may correct an error or update a listing at any time.
Product Condition
The condition stated on the product page applies to the item. Products may be new, open box, refurbished or another described condition. Do not assume a product is factory sealed unless the listing says so.
Packaging may show reasonable handling or storage marks when this does not affect the product and the listing does not promise collector condition.
Authenticity and Warranty
We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products. Our Authenticity Guarantee explains our approach to sourcing, regional variations and authenticity concerns.
Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, supplier and region. A manufacturer warranty applies only when it is stated or otherwise confirmed for the product. Tech Treasuries cannot guarantee that a manufacturer will provide service in every country.
Store return rights and legal consumer rights are separate from any manufacturer warranty.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The automated order confirmation means we received the order information. It does not always mean the order has passed payment, inventory and security review.
We may accept, decline or cancel an order. Reasons can include unavailable inventory, payment failure, incorrect pricing, incomplete information, shipping restrictions, suspected fraud or a legal requirement.
We may limit quantities per customer, household, payment method or address. We may contact you to confirm information before fulfilment.
When an item becomes unavailable, we may offer an alternative, delay the order with your agreement or cancel the item and issue the appropriate refund.
Pricing
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store or checkout. Taxes, delivery costs and import charges may be added where applicable.
We may change prices at any time before an order is accepted. A clear pricing error does not require us to supply a product at the incorrect price. When an error affects an order, we may contact you for approval at the correct price or cancel the order.
Discounts and promotions can have separate conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and have no cash value.
Payments
You must use a payment method that you are authorised to use. Payment methods available to you are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through providers supported by Shopify. We may receive payment status and limited transaction information. We do not ask customers to send complete card information by email.
A bank may place a temporary authorisation even when an order is not completed. The bank controls when that authorisation is released.
We may delay fulfilment while payment is pending or under review.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy. Processing periods and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a written guarantee is expressly provided.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by incorrect information when we have taken reasonable steps to ship to the address provided.
International customers may be responsible for customs duty, tax and carrier fees unless checkout states that these charges are included.
Delivery
A carrier may leave a parcel at a safe place, collection point or location selected by the customer. Customers should monitor tracking and arrange secure receipt.
When tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be found, contact the carrier and Tech Treasuries promptly. We may require cooperation with an investigation.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer according to applicable law and the delivery arrangement.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests should be sent immediately to orders@techtreasuries.com. A request does not guarantee cancellation. An order is cancelled only after we confirm it in writing.
When fulfilment has progressed too far, the customer may need to receive the parcel and request a return.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Returns Policy and applicable law. A return must be approved before it is sent.
Returned products must match the order and approved return reason. They should include all required accessories and packaging. Devices must be removed from personal accounts and reset where appropriate.
We may inspect a returned product before approving a refund. A reasonable deduction may be made for missing components, damage or excessive handling where permitted by law.
Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers control how quickly funds appear after we issue the refund.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, submit false information, interfere with checkout, test stolen payment details, distribute malware or gain unauthorised access to systems or accounts.
You may not scrape, copy or reuse substantial website content for commercial purposes without written permission. You may not use automated systems in a way that disrupts the store or places an unreasonable load on it.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, abusive or infringing.
Reviews and Other Submissions
When you submit a review, suggestion, image or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
You grant Tech Treasuries a non exclusive, worldwide and royalty free licence to use, reproduce, edit and display the content for operating and promoting the store. This licence continues unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may remove content that violates these Terms, contains personal information, is unrelated to the product or appears fraudulent.
We are not required to pay for unsolicited ideas or suggestions.
Intellectual Property
The website design, original text, graphics, logos and other store content are owned by Tech Treasuries or used under licence. Brand names and product marks belong to their respective owners.
You may use the website for personal shopping and information. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit protected store content without permission.
Product references do not imply endorsement by a brand unless expressly stated.
Third Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, carriers, manufacturers, social networks and other third parties.
We do not control unaffiliated websites. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. A link does not automatically mean Tech Treasuries endorses all content on the linked service.
Shopify
Shopify provides the platform used to operate the store. Transactions are between you and Tech Treasuries. Shopify is not the seller of products offered by Tech Treasuries.
Your use of Shopify powered features may also be subject to Shopify terms and privacy notices.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. By using the store, you acknowledge the processing described there.

Security
No online service can promise complete security. You should use a secure device, protect passwords and avoid sending sensitive information through ordinary email.
Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, email passwords or banking passwords to us.

Availability of the Website
We may update, suspend or discontinue part of the website. Maintenance, technical issues or third party outages can affect availability.
We do not guarantee that every feature will be available at all times or that the website will be free from every error.
Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. General product information is not professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where consumer protection law provides mandatory rights, those rights apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tech Treasuries is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. This can include loss of profit, business opportunity or data.
Our liability for a product or order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product except where law requires otherwise.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited. This may include liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law prohibits limitation.
Indemnity
When you use the website for business purposes or violate these Terms, you agree to compensate Tech Treasuries for reasonable losses caused by your unlawful conduct. This provision does not reduce consumer rights and applies only to the extent permitted by law.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control. These can include severe weather, natural disaster, war, civil disruption, labour action, carrier failure, customs action, government restriction, cyber incident, utility outage or supplier interruption.
We will take reasonable steps to communicate and resume performance when possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, services or business practices. The revised version will be posted with an updated date.
Changes do not normally alter a completed order unless law requires it or the customer agrees.
Severability
When a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. The invalid provision will be interpreted or limited as closely as legally possible to its intended effect.
No Waiver
A delay in enforcing a right does not mean that right has been waived. A waiver is effective only when it is clear and authorised.
Assignment
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations as part of a business reorganisation, sale or service arrangement when this does not reduce mandatory customer rights.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to Tech Treasuries and the transaction. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s place of residence may also apply.
Any dispute should first be raised with us so the parties can attempt a reasonable resolution.
