Not compatible with Android. The charging pad is designed for devices with magnetic wireless charging, available only in iPhone 12 and later models. For optimal Qi2 15W charging, the device must be an iPhone 12 or newer, running on iOS 17.2 or later.
Can a phone case affect wireless charging?
For better wireless charging, remove your phone case before placing it on the charger. If needed, use Apple's official magnetic case. Avoid cases thicker than 2.5 mm or those without magnetic alignment, as they may reduce charging efficiency.
Is the product safe to use when it gets warm/hot?
We recommend avoiding charging while using the device. It's normal for wireless chargers to warm up slightly during use. This product meets international safety standards for safe operation.
Does MagGo Magnetic Wireless Charger (Pad) come with a USB-C wall charger?
